You can import recipients from SQL Server or directly from Microsoft Office applications like MS Outlook, MS Access and MS Excel. As well as from MS Office, you can also import data from Windows Mail or Outlook Express address book and even from simple text files such as .txt or .csv.

To set the Account mail you simply choose a former account in one of the applications in Microsoft Mail as MS Outlook, Outlook Express or Windows Mail. Otherwise you can set it manually with the data provided by your e-mail provider.

You can continue to use your SMTP server.
You will not need to purchase new subscriptions or E-mail Accounts, you can continue to use the same account you have always used.
Or you can choose to send messages without using SMTP Server.
